The Hannibal Office delivers the full range of LSEM services to qualified low-income residents of 14 counties in northeast Missouri as follows: Adair, Clark, Knox, Lewis, Lincoln, Macon, Marion, Monroe, Montgomery, Pike, Ralls, Schuyler, Scotland and Shelby.
The office is staffed by one full-time attorney, 3 full-time paralegals/secretaries, one part-time attorney and one part-time paralegal/secretary. The toll-free number to apply for service in those counties is 800-767-2018. The office is open from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
