Description
Lana Boyd has been with LSEM for 31 years. She is a paralegal with the Advocacy and Referral Team where she gathers information from applicants and potential clients to qualify them for services.
Over the course of her 31years with LSEM, Boyd has worked in a number of units, and she held the positions of file clerk, switchboard operator, mail clerk, and member of the secretarial pool.
Prior to joining the Advocacy and Referral Team, Boyd was a paralegal with the Intake Unit where she screened applicants and potential clients for services in the areas of housing, consumer, employment, and family. She has served as a paralegal in practically every substantive area handled by LSEM.
Boyd is always available to assist the clients and other members of the LSEM team. |
