  Description
Lucas Caldwell-McMillan is a staff attorney in the St. Louis Children’s Health Advocacy Project (SCHAP) at LSEM. The project is a partnership between LSEM, St. Louis University Law School, Grace Hill Medical Center, SSM Cardinal Glennon’s Children Medical Center, and St. Louis Children’s Hospital. Prior to working in SCHAP, Caldwell-McMillan worked in two other medical-legal partnerships. In Cleveland, he was a staff attorney in the Community Advocacy Program, a partnership between the Legal Aid Society of Cleveland and the MetroHealth System. While in law school, he worked in the Pediatric Advocacy Initiative, a partnership between the University of Michigan Law School, Mott Children’s Hospital, and the Ypsilanti Health Center. Education: J.D. cum laude from the University of Michigan Law School; B.A. from Kalamazoo College.
