Kathleen Brummond joined Legal Services of Northeast Missouri in Hannibal in July of 1982 after working 10 years for Maritz, Inc. in Fenton, MO. In 1993, the Hannibal program merged with Legal Services of Eastern Missouri (LSEM), and has remained a branch office of LSEM since that time. |
