Pinnacle Arbitration & Mediation Services was created in
August of 1996 to generate additional revenue for Legal Services of
Eastern Missouri, a not-for-profit organization, by providing the
highest quality Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) services in the
area. The most commonly used forms of ADR are non-binding mediation and
binding arbitration. Pinnacle’s eminent panel of neutrals includes
skilled and experienced members from the private bar and retired
judges. Rules and procedures for both arbitration and mediation have
been established to provide uniformity and maintain neutrality.
Pinnacle is staffed with experienced administrators and is available to
offer presentations, provide individual assistance and design
customized programs. To enhance the program, Pinnacle has spacious and
comfortable conference rooms, audio-visual equipment and exhibit
displays available for all proceedings.
Pinnacle is currently
administering cases involving product liability, personal injury,
professional malpractice, employment discrimination, copyright, slip
and fall, auto accident, FELA, defamation, partnership dissolution’s
and construction as well as other business and commercial disputes.
Pinnacle has been successful in resolving cases which ranged in value
from several thousand dollars to large multi-party cases involving
millions of dollars.
Pinnacle provides a fair, confidential
and impartial forum to all participants. The goal of Pinnacle is to
ensure the maximum quality of service to our clients while striving to
resolve their legal claims and conflicts in a cost and time efficient
manner.
Pinnacle’s net proceeds directly benefit the program and
services of Legal Services of Eastern Missouri, Inc. By choosing
Pinnacle for your ADR needs, you give back to the community by helping
to further the mission of LSEM of providing high quality legal
assistance and equal access to justice for low-income people in Eastern
Missouri
